Imaging resolution workflow is based on published expert clinician opinion and results from an exploratory, prospective, interventional modeling study. It is not a replacement for clinical standard of care. There are no established guidelines for imaging following a positive Cancerguard test result. Providers should use their clinical judgement and experience when deciding how to diagnose or treat patients.
Results designed for clarity
Patients results are ready within about 3 weeks after our lab receives their blood sample. Results are either positive or negative and can help you determine next steps. In rare cases, an invalid result can occur.

The Cancerguard test is intended for people aged 50–84 with no cancer diagnosis in the last 3 years.
The test’s performance characteristics have been established in adults aged 50–84 without a cancer diagnosis in the preceding three years. Clinical performance outside this population has not been established.
This test is not recommended for individuals who have had cancer within the past three years or who are pregnant,** and it does not replace recommended screening programs such as breast, cervical, colorectal, lung.
